Training days

We are available seven days a week, Monday through Sunday, to accommodate your fitness needs.

Session times

Our sessions run from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm Monday -Friday and 8am-4.30pm Sat and Sunday, offering early morning to evening slots.

How to book your session

Booking your personal training session with Elevate Fitness is simple. Follow these steps to secure your training slot and take the first step towards a healthier you.

Step 1: Email us

To arrange your booking and discuss payment options, please email us directly at nikkipt73@hotmail.com. We'll get back to you promptly to confirm details.

Step 2: Important forms

Before your first session, you will need to read and sign a Health PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) to ensure it is safe for you to exercise. An informed consent form will also be required.

Cancellation policy

A full charge will apply for any cancelled sessions unless a minimum of 24 hours' notice is given. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
